Terms of Service
Last updated: April 11, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to UniLLM ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UniLLM platform, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UniLLM provides a unified API platform that enables developers to access multiple AI language models — including those from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Google (Gemini) — through a single, high-performance endpoint. Our Service acts as an intermediary, routing your API requests to the appropriate model providers.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your API keys. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Payment Terms
UniLLM operates on a credit-based prepaid model. You purchase credits in advance, which are then consumed as you use our API services. Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added by Paddle at checkout based on your location. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account, including any applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by UniLLM and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service or the content you access.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (such as API prompts and inputs). We do not claim ownership of your input or output data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Resell or redistribute API access without our written consent
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
- Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any unused credits may be refunded at our discretion, subject to our Refund Policy.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@unillm.com. Upon account termination, any remaining credits may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UniLLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service by any third party
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of responses from third-party AI models accessed through our Service. The output of AI models may contain errors or inaccuracies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UniLLM operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
