How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and initiate the refund process.
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been issued.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Upon refund, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.
Exceptions
While we strive to be as generous as possible with our refund policy, the following exceptions may apply:
- Requests after 14 days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date are handled on a goodwill basis. We will do our best to accommodate you, but these are not guaranteed.
- Abuse prevention: If we detect patterns of repeated purchases and refund requests that suggest abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to decline future refund requests.
