Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. The refund amount depends on how much of your purchased credits remain unused at the time of your request:
- Unused credits: If you have not used any of your purchased credits, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partially used credits: If you have used some of your purchased credits, you are eligible for a refund of the unused balance. The refund amount equals the total purchase price minus the value of the credits you have already consumed.
- Fully consumed credits: If all of your purchased credits have been used, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and credits are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Credits that have already been consumed through API usage.
- Bonus or promotional credits, including sign-up bonuses, tier bonus credits, and any credits issued at no charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@unillm.ccwu.ccwith the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and initiate the refund process.
Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through our Merchant of Record. Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- You will receive a confirmation email from our payment processor once the refund has been issued.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Upon refund, the corresponding credits will be removed from your account.
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window are generally not eligible. However, we may consider exceptions in cases of documented service outages, billing errors, or other circumstances at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Abuse Prevention
Patterns of repeated purchase-and-refund activity may result in declined future refund requests. We reserve the right to review and restrict refund requests when we detect behavior consistent with abuse of this policy.
